Job overview: 职位概览

As the Beijing after sales manager you are responsible for the planning, execution and record keeping of PureLiving’s after sales projects for air filtration, HVAC and environmental monitoring systems. You have experience working with suppliers and managing vendors, you are able to plan, schedule and manage on site sub contracted teams effectively. You are adapt at keeping an open communication line with both clients and internal account managers. You will also be seeking to improve and expand current after sales service offerings.
北京售后技术经理职责为：计划、执行以及汇报公司（境纯环境）的空气过滤、暖通空调和环境监测系统的售后服务。将需要与供应商协调合作，有效率地计划、规划和管理相关工作队伍。与客户和内部销售经理灵活沟通。我们期待你能够发展公司现有的售后服务工作。

Responsibilities: 工作职责
After Sales Project Management 售后项目管理
   o Successfully executing projects on time and within budget 在规定预算和时间内有效执行项目
   o Independently planning and leading 独立计划并领导
   o Limiting risk and implementing change effectively 减少风险并且有效率地工作。
   o Maintaining communication between project stakeholders 与项目相关人员沟通
   o Resolves any vendor quality or support problems quickly after notified from client, account manager 在收到来自客户或销售代表的问题汇报后及时处理并解决问题。
   o Effectively communicates with and manages vendors to contractual SLAs 与供应商有效沟通并签定服务条款。
Maintain and manage internal ERM system record keeping 企业信息管理系统上内容管理与更新

Tracks stock and keep updated records 记录库存并及时更新记录。

Manage vendor payments 管理供应商的付款。

On site troubleshooting for existing clients installations 针对已有客户，进行现场故障排除。

Some administrative duties i.e. preparation of presentations and proposals, some translation work, necessary record keeping etc 其他相关工作，比如准备演示文稿、方案书、翻译文件和必要的文档记录工作等。 举报 分享
