职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责运营管理LGCH的大家电物流配送工作；
2、根据3PL的一线团队实际情况，确定工作目标，拟定工作思路并组织有效实施；
3、负责RDC库房管理以及渠道客户货物的运输配送管理工作；
4、负责第三方物流公司的日常沟通、协调、管理工作；
5、根据物量和订单分布情况，确定运输配送方案，控制物流成本并监督实施；
6、对各RDC运作情况、服务质量、及时率、IOD/POD等一系列指标进行管理和考核，达成运营指标。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，物流相关专业优先；
2、5年及以上工作经验，同等岗位3年工作经验；
2、熟悉大家电品类仓储作业流程，具备30人以上团队管理经验；；
3、具备较强的谈判技巧和车辆管理知识，熟悉国内家电陆运、多式联运及交通状况；
4、吃苦耐劳，有团队合作精神；
5、对家电物流行业有深入的了解，以客户服务为导向，有相关的投诉处理能力。 举报 分享
