职位描述

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Overall CIP coordination in PTCN (indirect area)
- Actively promote Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) mindset and programs throughout the company
- Reports regularly on CIP progresses to commercial VP of the company
- Facilitate and moderate workshops (such as Transition Workshops, Management Dialogue Workshops ...)
- Train and qualify internal moderators, manage moderator pool
- Implement important CIP projects, such as LeaderCIP, Value Stream Mapping in Administration (VSDiA)

Associate Survey
- Implement Robert Bosch global wide Associate Survey: as location coordinator organizing implementation details for PTCN, facilitating each department for taking survey, consulting managers regarding the survey
- Enable managers to read, analyze survey result reports and form follow-up actions
- Provide follow-up workshops as needed
- Organize PTCN Employee Satisfaction Steering Committee meeting and projects
- Build up and maintain communication platforms for Associate Survey communication

Event Management
- Organize PTCN Kick-off day Event: as interface between PTCN and PT/HRD, prepare the event by integrating PT mandatory contents and PTCN specific contents, make sure the objective (communication of PT strategy of the new year, motivating all local management for a new start) of the event is realize through appropriate content design
- Organize leadership related events: PTCN Leadership Day, MDP Event, Line Leader Event: through close communicating with senior management, design contents and agenda for the events, provide leadership insight and understanding to participants
- Support big celebration events or PTCN family day event: support organization committee by providing HR perspective and supplying HR-related information

Internal Communication
- Organize and coordinate important PTCN management meetings
- Organize and follow-up Round Table Meetings (such as General Manager Round Table Meetings with staff, with trainees, with foremen...)
- Manage and maintain effective and efficient internal communication channels in the company (from management to employees and from employees to management)

counsel management and employees in change management
-Advise and guide management, supervisors and employees in implementation of change, realization of change initiatives and other organization development issues

Communication/Coordination
-Regularly attend team meetings in order to exchange work experience and new information. Share documents with colleagues in order to avoid double work and not lose time. Work during projects with shared folders and coordinate regularly with project team.
