Key Duties and Responsibilities: Analysis of training needs Support the supervisor with analysis of training needs. Do target-performance comparison in order to identify the training and development objectives by function together with the department heads. Evaluate the results and develop a training plan, divided into specific target groups and competences. Training Planning and Implementation Complete the annual training plan (excel-sheet), that includes - (e.g. vertical) the training name, short description of training objectives, main training contents, training schedule, training provider, trainer and training venue, minimal attendees, costs, status (planned, booked, completed, cancelled) and - (e.g. horizontal) the specific target groups. Implement training as planned and maintain training implementation data for training reports - coordinate each training session responsible (e.g. training invitation, training material, training room arrangement, trainer contact, on-site support if necessary) - update training implementation data and evaluation data, provide training reports as needed, keep managers informed about implementation status Training and Development Programmes - Support standard training and development programs (e.g. JMDP, LeaD, MDP, STeP-Up) by maintaining participants list, providing consultancy to potential participants, keeping management informed) - Design, implement new training or development programs based on local specific needs, including design, development and delivery new training courses Acquisition of Training Providers For the performance of required trainings, find technically and personally suitable internal or external trainer. Check and rate trainers' experience in business, methological and technical expertise, references and reputation with the help of a standardized questionaire. Negotiate, based on existing master agreement (e.g. scope of services, frequency of occurrence, fee). Use standardized contract form, provided by purchasing and legal department in Shanghai. For authorization of the agreement, collect signatures of the GM, department head and get the PTCN stamp. Evaluate Training Performances Develop a standardized training feedback form in oder to improve continuously the trainings and to get a feeling of the trainers performance. Implement own rating system for the training providers and trainers. Enter the data in an evaluation system and analyse monthly how to improve the trainings. Focus in cooperations with good training performers and try to build up a long-term relationship. Key training providers should be familiar with communication and management policies and transfer that knowledge into the trainings. counsel management and employees in professional development Advise and guide employees in choosing suitable qualification measures. Analyse training needs, objectives and the situation of the designated attendees and provide them suitable training options. Provide methological, technical and organzational support in all training terms for management and employees. Communication/Coordination Regularly attend team meetings in oder to exchange work experience and new information. Share documents with colleagues in order to avoid double work and not lose time. Work during projects with shared folders and coordinate regularly with project team.
