Essential Duties And Responsibilities
1.According to the implementation, make plans and give required training to team members;
2.Report to CTM director every month;
3.Develop, organize, conduct and supervise training and program for employees.
4.Initiate and develop employees' skill, enhance their productivity and quality of work, and build loyalty to the company.
5.Advance employees in learning of new product/ technology, new knowledge, SOPs, quality training, and communication skills.
6.Lead the efforts to form SMO team and home based staffs, develop management processes.
7.Coach and evaluate new hired employees, educate new and old employees to adapt the complexity of the work environment, the rapid pace of organizational and technological change, and the growing number of jobs in fields that constantly generate new challenges.

Qualifications
1.Bachelor degree or above with major of clinical science ,pharmacy or biology;
2.Over 5-year work experience in medical industry, 2-year work experience in clinical trials with familiarity of Interventional heart industry; 2-year work experience of team work management or 2-year work experience of training;
3.Knowledge of relevant policies, regulations, medical experts and medical institutions;
4.Good use of office software;
5.Good language Skills for English listening, speaking, reading and writing;
6.Knowledge of clinical research and related requirements, having the abilities to understand deeply and implement in practice;
7.Capability of frequent business travel.
