The Customer Service Consultant will provide consumer banking and corporate transactional banking services to customers of ANZ. Responsibilities will include selling PBB products and services, along with other products and services of ANZ to existing and potential customers. You will ensure compliance with internal and local regulatory policies, procedures, guidelines and rules.

Other tasks will include account opening, cash deposits and withdrawals, payment processing, customer account, transaction and regulatory inquiries, cheque collections and travellers cheque processing. It is important for you to immediately escalate any transactions or situations that senior management should be reasonably aware of such as customer disputes and conflict, fraud, or erroneous transactions that could result in a loss to ANZ.

Qualifications:

*You should bring to business professional and proactive customer services attitude, 1 year working experience in consumer or corporate banking and strong sales experience.

*An English speaking candidate will be preferred. The role holder should have technical competency in processing PBB type transactions, strong working

*Knowledge of MS Office suite of software products and proficiency in English and Chinese.
