职位描述：
1.确定销售策略，制定销售计划，并组织实施；
2.开辟多种形式和渠道，搜集项目信息，建立销售信息库，发掘销售机会；
3.了解国家政策、熟悉项目立项流程，对政府关系有良好的资源。对项目前期立项分析、筛选客户信息，并编制报告，提供立项依据；
4.定期汇总收集信息和相关产业政策；
5.负责建立与政府、投资公司之间的良好沟通渠道，维护新老客户关系；
6.协助项目收款、重大例外事件处理等工作；
7.对销售业务费用的预算和控制；
8.监控财务指标，挖掘和协调人财物、信息等资源，实现合理利用及成本控制；
任职资格：
1.本科及以上学历；
2.3年以上大、中型工程项目开发/销售经验；
3.精通工程项目开发与销售；熟悉投标运作流程及项目决策流程，掌握电力行业知识 及市场营销、管理学等基本知识
4.良好的市场判断能力和开拓能力，很强的组织协调能力及团队领导能力；
