职位描述：
Responsibilities

1.Deliver clear visibility of all stock moving for supplier to all Chinese warehouse, then to all restaurants.

2.Manage daily order flow, closely work with the WH, sourcing team and suppliers to meet venues order.

3.Plan order volumes and time, discussion with suppliers, controlling shipment and WH booking process with local suppliers for venues. And control safety stock at warehouse.


4.Mange ordering team’s daily job, improve team capacity.

5.Verify supplier delivery to ensure that stock is arriving on time and control WH staging area inventory accuracy. Tracking supplier's deliver performance, manage and improve supplier’s deliver performance.

6.Work closely with the team to identify challenges in the supply chain and advise resolutions.

7.Regularly review the supply chain process and system, identify improvement opportunity and implement actions.

8.Monitor warehouse slowing moving stock, analysis and fix related issue

9.Monitor expired date risk material in WH. And take action to reduce.

10.Monitor seasonal menu critical material, take action to reduce overstock and shortage risk.

11.Cooperate with sourcing team to improve supplier delivery service level
