职位描述：
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position was mainly targeted for the new products development for UK market and the routine work towards the sales support issues from the UK customers.He/She will be based in BJ and need to travel to the north factories(Shandong area) time to time for the samples review before PPS.
Report to GM ( An American).
1 产品开发
－通过目标价格及生产时间要求内，设定设计、报价、样品完时间，具体实施方案，协调管理参与此项目的人员共同完成新产品的立项 Set up design, quotation, sample completion time according to request production delivery time. Arrange design according to target price and customer specific requirement. Coordinate and lead the people who involve the project to achieve the target.；
－成本分析，在产品设计上做省材处理并与供应商及海外客户谈判价格 Cost analysis ,compare the pricing, review BOM, if the pricing does not reach target price, we will go back to review the design to make cost save from material, hardware and finishing etc.
－作为项目牵头人，整体把控新产品所有的时间节点和关键控制点，通过外部与海外客户、工厂以及公司内部技术、业务、油漆等部门的沟通和对接，以最优的方式完成新产品的开发 As the project leader to lead the whole team for sample audit, review color swatch, fabric/leather, hardware and market sample, pre production sample with technician, work with technician to find the issue and solution.
2 客户服务
负责公司所有客户产品设计,产品投诉,客户来访及日常客户关系维护,保护良好的关系,处理客户的所有请求并提供客户提出的问题解决方案，请求包括但不仅限于产品专利申报，EUTR材料来源追踪系统，产品投产前的第三方测试，陪同客人到工厂验厂，产品照片拍摄工作及工作宣传册的制作等 Involve in all customer new range development project, manager all communication between subordinate and customer, maintaining good relations with customer，develop corrective action plans and provide solution when necessary
3 业务采购
Based on customers' request to coordinate with the relevant departments to source the hardware and fabric/PU/leather for our trading company as well as some of furniture supplier
4 团队管理
Manage the SST team for UK market,provide the coach and the best problem-solving solutions to them, according to customer's request to control all projects process, lead the team to deal with all kinds of feedback from the market.

COMPETENCY AND QUALIFICATIONS

1, Bachelor degree or above with Internation trading/sales/English major, be proficient in mandarin and english
2, At least 8 years working experience in manufacturing industry or related trading company and well know furniture manufactory is preferred;
3,Analytic way of client characteristics and products for quotation;
4,Predictive abilities with carefully manner, be good at communicating with customers,internal department and factories ;
6, Time management skills to follow up clients' request and feedback;
