主要职责：

管理和控制国内的合同销售定单，维护客户关系，为服务工程师提供指导，在规定的时间内完成服务。

主要职责范围：
? 项目控制，包括项目成本和时间
? 协同客户及设计机构，完成解决方案，满足客户要求
? 协助分公司经理制定收入预算
? 负责项目实施的组织管理和人员分工
? 负责与业主、设计单位、施工单位、监理单位的协调沟通
? 项目实施过程的管理和检查


应聘要求：

? 3年以上项目管理经验，本科及以上学了，具备电子工程学或相关专业优先
? 有可熟练使用计算机进行绘图及办公文档处理，独立完成方案设计能力
? 良好的口头及书面沟通能力和谈判技巧，良好的人际关系
? 拥有较强的学习能力，自发性学习与工作的态度，团队精神和高度责任感
? 中英文读写听说熟练
? 有一级建造师资格者优先
