Specific Responsibilities
This role shall, either alone or together with other members in the sales team, perform the following tasks in the company: ?
- Conventional valve sales in specify area of China, both direct sale and through agent.
- Understand customer specifications and requirements of control valve project; arrange suitable technical proposals and commercial proposals.
- Understand sizing of conventional valve; promote technical sale and business seminar in OEM, EPC and end-user.
- Continue tracking projects, update “sale force” system regularly.
- Manage and review CCI agents regularly, push agents to meet KPI in IMI way.
- Develop new customers, promote NPI products sale in specify area.
- Sensibility of market price, promote commercial biddings.

Qualifications and Experience
- Understand basic knowledge of control valves.
- Have control valve application knowledge of power industries or oil & gas.
- Capability of learning CCI control valve sizing.
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written required, in English and Mandarin.
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Windows etc.)
- Bachelor degree above.
- 5+ years working experience in sales(valve, pump or instrument)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prepare short-term and mid-term business plans and strategies to execute them.
- A team player and good in negotiation skills and influencing skill.
- Willing to travel frequently.
