Position: Personnel & Management Development Specialist


Division/Department: HR, Organization & ITP


Location: Beijing




Main goals and objectives:




· This position coordinates continuously availability and high quality of all internal promotion Management Assessment Center (MAC) in cooperation with VW Group Academy (VWGA).


· This position cooperates with HR consulting team, department observers and candidates for the local process organization with Beijing entities, China Region and JVs


· This position supports development paths for VCIC employees.


· This position ensures programs and platforms for personnel & management development at VGC.


· This position coordinates the communication and organization in terms of talent identification & development unj


· This position ensures the HR Strategy Development in terms of being a TOP Employer






Your Responsibilities:




1. This position coordinates continuously availability and high quality of all internal promotion Management Assessment Center (MAC) in cooperation with VW Group Academy (VWGA).


· This position cooperates with HR consulting team, department observers and candidates for the local process organization with Beijing entities, China Region and JVs Responsible for VW Group Academy (VWGA) related topics at VGC related to co-operative projects for the implementation of Volkswagen Group Personnel Development Standards including the development of conceptual transfer designs for VGC in the future.


· Annual resource, budget and schedule planning of VWGA demand for the next year based on current VGC needs


· Responsible for the handling of all VWGA related payment process issues (PR in SAP, purchasing contact, vendor selection, invoices etc.)


· Process Coordination and Organization of Management Assessment Center (including performance reports) together with VWGA




2. This position supports development paths for VCIC employees.


HR Strategy Development in terms of new concepts for future personal development needs and standards e.g. Talent Circle Experts.


3. This position ensures programs and platforms for personnel & management development at VGC. This position provides the customization & tailor-making of all development programs.


Conceptual design, planning and organization of development programs: Mini MBA, CPD, MAP/ Management Solution Camps and Trainee program

Responsible for the handling of all development program related payment process issues (PR in SAP, purchasing contact, vendor selection, invoices etc.)

Responsible for quality control, evaluation & continuously improvement of all development programs


4. This position coordinates the communication and organization in terms of talent identification & development


· Development and tracking of individual personal development plans in co-operation with responsible department contact


5. This position ensures the HR Strategy Development in terms of being a TOP Employer


· Consultation and coordination for all Top Employer Surveys e.g. Universum, Trendence and CRF


· Collection of related information to support the surveys


· Communication internal and external about the results of the survey


Responsible for the handling of all related payment process issues (PR in SAP, purchasing contact, vendor selection, invoices etc.


Our Requirements:




Necessary education:


Bachelor degree, major in education or psychology is preferred




Competencies:


Communication and team work

Planning and Organization

Process and customer orientation




Working experience (in years):


· At least 5 years working experience at HR department; preferable in training or talent development related function.




Remarks (Language, IT-Knowledge, Certificates etc.):


· Chinese and English language is necessary; German language is preferred
