1．OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB

Design and manage all end-user related services which belongs to IT workplace business and perform Business Unit specific optimization projects within portfolio and scope.

2．MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

? Work closely with IT workplace manager in APAC for delivery of IT services & IT Projects.
? Accountable for daily operations of workplace and service desk services
o Ensure service availability, performance, usability, affordability and security
o Escalations handling and issue resolution
o Upgrades, enhancements, and replacements
o Provide 2nd level support

? Workplace Services include:
o Support in providing service of workplace (PC / Printer) hardware and software
？ Support Dell PC, Dock-station, Display, etc.
？ Support Kyocera, FujiXerox , Ricoh, HP printer
o Wire & Wireless support
？ Knowledge about Cisco WLC
？ Knowledge about 802.1x protocol
？ Familiar with Cisco anyconnect
？ 1st level troubleshoot
o Mobile device management
？ Support IPhone IOS clients
？ Knowledge of MDM system, eg: Mobile iron is preferred
o Familiar with Windows image and/or installation process
？ Baramundi is preferred (or WDS & MDT & SCCM)
o 2nd level support for windows active directory
？ Knowledge about AD structure (account, group, attributes, etc.)
？ Knowledge about using microsoft powershell
？ Toubleshooting via (GPO result, log file, etc.)
o 2nd level support for workplace operating systems and applications
？ Operating system with Microsoft Windows 10 (Pro / Ent)
？ Office365 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Skype for business, etc)
？ MS outlook troubleshooting, opentext achieve
？ Cisco webex
？ Citrix sharefile (Cloud based)
？ Checkpoint VPN client support
o Software packaging, distribution, and installation
？ Experienced Baramundi (.bds script) or SCCM
？ Experienced on software provisioning
o Workplace patching and antivirus
？ WSUS patching
？ Kaspersky endpoint security for business
o Workplace hard disk encryption
？ Bitlocker enterprise management
？ Kaspersky endpoint security for business
o Workplace support tool
？ Experienced on teamviewer enterprise version

REQUIREMENT
? Bachalor degree in IT or relevant major
? 6+ year experience working in IT teams with an operations environment
? Proven teaming skills in intercultural framework
? Self-motivated even in high pressure situations
? Ability to interact with users and customers at all level
? Good understanding of workplace and service desk technology
? Ability to performing hands-on administrative tasks
? Proven track record in IT projects
