Project Architect, Shanghai
This practice are a growing international Architectural studio and they are looking to recruit a technical architect to their team in Shanghai.
This role will suit a Chinese bilingual Project Architect with significant experience working with construction drawings for shopping mall and hotel projects. Experience working with an LDI before would be a benefit. This successful candidate will have the ability to produce high quality DD and CD drawings and eventually build up a team and become a team leader in future.
Requirements:
? A bachelor’s degree in architecture at an accredited university
? At least 4 years of architecture experience, mid-large commercial / mixed use or hospitality project experience preferred
? Ability to prioritise and concurrently service multiple projects
? Strong verbal and written communication skills
? English & Mandarin fluency
? Have the ability to produce high quality DD and CD drawings.
? Effective problem solving and interpersonal skills and ability to interface with all clients and employees
? Interact well with other disciplines and clients in a manner that builds productive relationships
? proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Photoshop, Revit project experience required
? Knowledge of Green Building principles and LEED accreditation would be a plus
