JOB TITLE
Operation Manager
JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for taking care of all issues in Product/QC/Product -/Purchasing/Equipment field which is focus on the development of both employee and company.
MANAGER(REPORTING TO)
General manager
ADDITIONAL REPORTING
Operation manager--Powder Coating, Asia pacific
KEY TASKS&RESPONSIBILITES:
1. Effectively manage all aspects of product, including manufacturing,, quality control, equipment and so on;
2. Lead the product development group to meet all commitments, include budgetary, new product delivery, and existing product enhancement;
3. Collect market requirements from customer and the competitive environment, synthesize these requirements into product plan, work with the product development team to produce the goods;
4. Develop team construction to create and execute strategic marketing plan to support sales;
5. Responsible for product management, develop competitive analysis and positioning relative to company products ;
6. Join the work of achieve the goal of Grow EBIDA and provide better operation support.
7. Other dutieds assigned by GM.
Qualification
1. University or above education background, chemical major is better.
2. More than 10 years working experience of operation manage, more than five years of operation manager or other senior job.
3. Has the working background of bigger manufacture plant, the industry of powder and chemical is better.
4. Personality is mature and stable, 35+ years old or so, just has the stronger force and style of fast working.
5. Has the stronger ability of operation manage and good communication skill, familiar with the manage of product,QC, Purchase and supply chain,maintain and so on.
6. English level is OK, communication is fluent.
7. Require to base in Ningbo or stay in Ningbo most time in order to manage operation better.
