职位描述
Principal Responsibilities:
? Focal point for all quality issues of welding power source and solder feeder.
? Perform tests and evaluate the quality of the parts or units.
? Set-up, operation and maintenance of test tools and equipment in areas of responsibility.
? Ensure that all product quality issues are clearly communicated across (Sourcing, supply chain, factories, Engineering) and track and report on resolution of issues? Evaluate returned units to determine cause of failure
? Pull experts in as necessary (Mechanical Engineer, Design Engineer, Product Line Managers, etc.)
? Maintain work areas and equipment in a clean, orderly and operable condition.? Various documentation.
? Perform other duties as required by QM.
Knowledge/Skill Needs:Required:
? College degree or equivalent.
? Demonstrated electrical technician or engineer experience.
? Working knowledge of simple instrumentation and gauging, data collection and ability to read detail documentation.
? Technical experience in one or more of the following, welding, soldering, PCB assembly, wire harness and cable assembly, mechanical assembly, transformer winding, metal forming and fabricating, painting, brazing, machine tools and machining methods.
? Presentation of test results both orally and written in a clear and informative manner.
? Basic PC computer literacy.
? Good English skill
