Principal Accountabilities / 主要职责
? Work closely with merchandisers to provide comments on proto- or pre-production samples to factories for samples making and/or bulk production.
? Evaluate and get understanding regarding the capability of all related factories.
? Conduct factory evaluation and prepare reports.
? Work closely with the QA manager or supervisor to plan the inspection schedule
? Provide technical advices on style features to facilitate the productivity at factories.
? Execute quality control at factories and advise comment to make correct rectification if unexpected issue happened on samples / bulk.

? Over 3 years quality inspection experience in garment industry
