职位描述：
Main Tasks & Responsibilities 主要工作职责：
1、新产品项目的工业化支持与导入，以及转产项目的转化与导入；
   New Product Introduction and Subcontract of Industrialization
2、工艺路径的设定，工业化协调与组织，工装设备以及产能的核算，产品结构的合理化建议以及车间布局与工人培训等；
Process and Layout design, Machine and Fixture Lad calculation, BOM and Routing audit and create, training to Operators
3、工艺文件的编写，工时的制定以及后续的支持与修正；
Working Instruction and PH (output)
4、精益生产的参与以及各项改善活动的主导与执行等；
Lean production activities leading or participation
5、生产现场支持包括新品效率跟踪与分析，Time Study 与工艺改进等；
   Production efficiency analysis, Time study and process optimization
6、其他临时任务如特殊订单，部门间沟通与培训等
Other temporary tasks, communications and trainings, etc

Education/Experience/Skills/Other Required 所需学历/经验/技能/其他：
1、至少3年以上的制造业的工业化经验
  At least 3 years experience of Manufacturing Introduction
2、工业工程或相关工程专业学士学位：
IE，Mechanical or electric relative bachelor or above
3、有精益生产改善经验者优先；
Experience of Lean production is preferred
4、良好的英文水平；
Good English level and good communication ability
5、熟练掌握微软办公软件，如WORD，EXCEL等。
