职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Move the office away from the current standalone “workgroup” local Network to join the Warner Music Group (WMG) Global domain.
? Implement the Meraki Wireless solution in Beijing office.
? Upgrade the current WMG/Colt dedicated line.
? Help to add a domain controller dedicated to the China office, also firewall/switches and routers to enable local and global connectivity.
? Administer and control over the local AD/WMG setup. Ensure all machines are fully configured to WMG standards.
? Assist with implementation of new applications, e.g. PO System and Artist Management system.
? Assist with local Digital Service Providers/ Digital partners in respect of the Digital operations side of the business. Ensure smooth flow and delivery of content.
? Support the development of local reporting requirements.
? Enable full use of South East Asia (SEA) applications. Work with SEA IT team about BI/Digital Ops/ GFS / HFM / WMG Digital applications, etc..
? Liaise and work together with counterparts in Greater China for cross country projects and requirements.
? Improve operational efficiency by changing the manual process into automated processes.

Requirements:
? University graduate in Computer Science or related disciplines.
? At least 3 years experiences in supporting a Windows 7/Windows 2008 based enterprise environment handling user PC, LAN and printer issues. Similar support experience with the Windows Office Suite of applications.
? At least 1 year experience working with SQL for reporting purposes on databases like MS SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL or Oracle. Familiarization with any BI or reporting tool would be advantageous.
? Significant working experience in an ERP or CRM environment preferred.
? Experience with entertainment company is a plus
? Highly analytical and capable of working independently.
? Energetic and participative style.
