? Performance of marketing campaigns and sales results.
? Prepare mail specs for marketing campaigns. Generate list segmentation and ensure timely delivery to 3rd parties.
? Manage campaign execution. Responsible for campaign set up and maintenance
? Create and maintain detailed mail/email response analysis by segment/store.
? Conduct ad-hoc analysis pulling data from multiple sources.
? Analyses will include historical performance trends of marketing email campaigns, direct mail programs and transaction based email initiatives.
? Work closely with vendor to set up and execute campaign initiatives
? Data mining and reporting for performance related activities
Requirement：
? Minimum 3-4 years professional experience
? Excellent analytical skills with quantitative/business undergraduate degree
? High degree of proficiency in PC applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with databases a plus.
? Familiar with SPSS/SAS/SQL highly preferred
? Exceptional attention to detail
? Hands-on experience in data mining and familiar with compiling data to generate reports
? Strong interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills
? Great attention to detail and excellent multi-tasking skills
? Strong teamwork abilities
