Position Summary工作摘要:
The Head of Technology is accountable for technical and discipline lead of the department. Technology department is enabling function in the plant to support all production units to achieve practice excellence, including Blood Tubing Sets, Dialyzer, Plastics Components, PD solution and HD Machine. Main responsibility is manufacturing engineering projects. Major tasks in projects are: conception and planning of new production process, manufacturing equipment procurement, installation and validation. Training of production personal, handover to commercial production. In parallel technology department supports all production units in terms of optimization of process engineering.
Responsibilities/ Authorities工作职责权限:
1.Create budget planning of the department and oversee expense of the responsibly cost center under budget condition.
2.Work with production unit, product line and R&D team for new products introduction project. Take responsibility of creating manufacturing concept, feasibility study and related investment plan, ensure simultaneous engineering principle.
3.Lead and manage manufacturing capacity expansion project with focus on machinery technology, including machine specification, supplier selection, installation, validation till to production handover.
4.Analyze running manufacturing activities, initiate continuous improvement project in terms of production process, in order to achieve best quality product with proper manufacturing cost.
5.Act as technology interface to global network, aiming to harmonize company standards and to achieve effective technical know-how transfer.
6.Work together with QE and production for advanced quality control technology, to ensure safe in process control in production line.
7.Take part in risk analysis (i.g. FMEA ) within the team, aiming to pursue continuous quality improvement and to facilitate decision making on NCR.
8.Ensure competent technical team via personal development and recruitment process to support plant strategic development plan.
9.Initiate project management process inside of plant organization.
10.Goal setting to project engineering together with project sponsors, support project engineer/managers to achieve defined target, initiate actions in case of project result deviation, finally make personal appraisal to employees working in the department.
