Job tasks, authority
? Daily technical support on electrical test on production line.
? Prepare and review the BOM, routing, ECN, and FEMA for production.
? Conduct failure analysis of products that technical issue on electrical design and quality issue, and work out corrective actions and preventive actions with team.
? Determine root cause of failures by using statistical methods (SPC) that may result in changes in design, tolerances, or processing methods.
? Be a key player to involve in new products transfer, Lead the process go through from engineer preparation, equipment set up to product line validation.
? Electrical specification and document on line preparation and review, and instructs technician and operators on technical requirements.
? Develop and implement the production tracking and quality control systems with team.
? Support engineers from R&D department in Switzerland and USA

Job requirements
? Bachelor degree or above
? Major in electric/electrical
? Fluent English level in writing, reading and speaking
? 3 years working experience or above in electrical industry
? RF knowledge
? Failure analysis Skills
? Lean manufacturing concept, Six Sigma
? Good team player with good interpersonal communication skills.
? High integrity and honesty.
? Willing to take more responsibility.
? Can-do attitude for any new changes.
