职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
? Lead the team to bring together commercial and analytical skills in the formulation and execution of the buying and brand sourcing strategy, as well as optimal product mix and assortment planning for each season
? To be responsible for the P&L, sales performance and budget control
? To oversee and manage the merchandise distribution in assorted categories, stock allocation and inventory
? To liaise marketing driven campaigns such as new product launch events and fashion shows for prestigious one-stop shopping experience
? In partnership with different internal stake holders such as Marketing team, Visual Merchandising and store operation team to drive strategic product and brand growth initiatives
? Understand the product strategies of the luxury and local competitive set and develop action plans to gain market share


Requirements:
? University graduate, with at least 8 years’ well established experience in high fashion at senior manager level or above, preferably for luxury designer labels
? Proven track record in translating corporate merchandising strategies and delivering the growth objectives of the company
? Be versatile, charismatic and with passion in fashion
? Goal oriented, entrepreneurial self-starter who is forward thinking
? With strong analytical and numerical sense to analyze sales metrics to drive assortment insights and achieve financial objectives
