At a Glance:
Morning shift, from 9:00 to 18:00, or afternoon shift from 12:00 to 21:00, Monday through Sunday, 5 days a shift following with 2 days off, as working pattern. Work to increase client satisfaction and hotelbeds level of competitiveness through the continuous optimization of relationship. Focus on constantly increasing sales activity converting calls/emails interaction with clients to commercial actions.
Main Responsibilities:
1.Provide excellent customer service
2.Attend client queries through phone calls and emails, by being proactive, courteous, friendly, and helpful
3.Ensure that all client requests, issues and complaints are resolved promptly and accurately, per defined policies, guidelines, terms and conditions
4.Promote goodwill when dealing with clients and internal sales teams, to maintain good client relationship, achieve high level of client satisfaction, and retain client loyalty
5.Rotate on the duty to support client requests per the defined shift schedule
6.Act and suggest on improvement opportunities identified during daily work
Candidat Profile:
1.Service oriented, and interested in the function of customer service
2.Enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skill and verbal / written communication skills
3.Good spoken and written English/Chinese, Korean language capability will be a plus
4.Excellent time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
5.Proactive, driving for result and team work spirit
6.University graduate or recognized diploma, prefer candidates having experiences in large call center
