Job Description:
1.Technical skills? experience installing and configuring Microsoft Windows in a network environment, Microsoft Office, AD / Exchange user account administration, login script / drive mapping knowledge, Office 365 etc.
2.Experience in customer service working face to face with end users;
3.Corporate antivirus experience;
4.Basic Mac experience is a plus;?
5.Knowledge of backup software, recovery concepts, and troubleshooting;
6.Knowledge of TCP / IP, DNS, WINS, DHCP, SMTP, Active Directory Encryption, VOIP, Dell, SharePoint, One Drive office 365 Knowledge of corporate firewall, troubleshooting, etc.
7.Remote access solutions (VPN, Dial-up, Terminal Services, TeamViewer,)?Working knowledge of virtualization.??

1.Personality traits strong customer service skills with friendly personal demeanor with excellent communication skills (Chinese and English)
2.Disciplined self-starter is resourceful with strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities;
3.Candidate takes pride in doing a great job;
4.Candidate is very thorough and detail oriented;
5.Candidate maintains professionalism under pressure and can multitask;
6.Resourceful troubleshooter with strong research skills can find answers to any question no matter how difficult.
