Location :Beijing

Job Description:
1.Internal application, including conference attending, speakers fee, customers trip, etc,;
2. Events preparation, onsite supporting, events report info collection;
3.Be responsible for events facilities, such as communication with organizers, outsource, events site owner, payee, etc.;
4.Leads and contacts input and backup for Yanchun;
5.Beijing storage management and other administration work in Marketing;
6. Other marketing project supports if required.

Skills/Knowledge:
1. Demonstrated ability to organize own work, to work efficiently, productively and independently, detail oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks.
2. Familiar with Microsoft and quickly achieved our goal in short time
3. Able to travel frequently with overnight travel around 30%.
