Job Description:
IBM Watson IoT Platform is a fully managed, cloud-hosted service that makes it possible for our clients to quickly derive value from IoT devices by bringing the power of IBM Watson to their connected applications. It provides capabilities including device registration, connectivity, control, rapid visualization and storage of data derived from the IoT.

We are looking for DevOps engineer candidates with a strong track record of development and engineering across a range of technologies. We expect engineers to comfortable writing new capability, writing tests and ensuring deliverables are suitable for release to a cloud environment (i.e. appropriate monitoring, performance testing). We run a continuous delivery pipeline deploying regularly to SoftLayer datacenters in Dallas and London and the Bluebox OpenStack environment in the 21Vianet datacenter in Beijing. The role requires the successful candidate to join our public cloud service support, periodically providing 24/7 support for the Watson IoT Platform in Beijing.
