Overview:
naked Hub is a platform to help start-ups, SMEs and MNCs across all industries, to increase their success in business. Our innovative and beautiful workspaces are home to a diverse community of companies and individuals who interact, collaborate, and do business with one another.
With its rapid business development, naked Hub has ambitious plans in China and the Asia region with the aim to open 20-30 hubs across Asia and China in 2017. In accordance with this fast growth, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual for the Community Angel position.

Responsibilities:
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
- Assist hubbers(members of naked Hub) with mail, messages, and any plans or arrangements they require.
- Assist hubbers regarding naked Hub facilities in an informative and helpful way.
- Provide effective and courteous service to all hubbers and existing employees.
- Available to work on administrative activities and other management requests.
- Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time spent on hold.
- Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.
- Work closely with the Senior Executive Assistant to ensure a great experience for employees and hubbers.
- Other Responsibilities: Perform other related duties as assigned, based on the business need.
- Follow department policies, procedures and service standards.

Requirements:
- College graduate with a four-year degree
- Proficient in MS-Office.
- Strong communication skill and team work.
- Passionate, driven and responsible
- Versatile, flexible, adapt quickly to change and connect: you are excited by fast-paced, fast-changing environments.
