ESSENTIAL DUTIES (describe responsibilities and tasks)

- To work in the Sales Department of Dachser Nanjing while keeping in line with DACHSER GROUP strategy and general policy,
- To integrate and perform contributively in the Nanjing sales team
- To develop to the best of his ability, his own client portfolio and overall business activity, air-freight and sea-freight, import as well as export,
- To handle, monitor and follow-up Sales Leads generated by the Dachser Group companies and their affiliates,
- To generate sales leads for companies of the group and affiliates,
- To handle in an accurate, professional and responsible manner of his daily tasks and duties at the Sales Department of the Nanjing office,
- To develop and optimize the profitability of Nanjing and North China Region Sales overall activity,
- To support the implementation of the Group strategic decision related to the sales activity of the Company in China,
- To provide the Management of the Company with accurate and regular activity reports,
- Under any circumstances, to give a quality image of his belonging to the DACHSER GROUP Enthusiasm, Professionalism, Straightforwardness

JOB RELATED QUALIFICATIONS (describe technical requirements, education, experience, languages and PC skills)

- Solid experience in the sales and marketing of logistic products (Air freight, Sea freight, Logistics, etc.)
- Strong sense of professional integrity both from a customer’s stand-point and core strategy within the company
- A convincing personality, with good command of English
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, result focused, service driven, committed and professional
- More than 2 years related working experience in international freight forwarder is preferred.
- Identify and trace the potential customers
- University or college graduate, good in oral and written English
- Good communication skills in English & Mandarin as well as computer skills
- Familiar with MS software.
- Work independently and under pressure
- Good teamwork spirit, rigorous attitude toward work.
- Nanjing Hukou is a plus.
