Responsibilities:
? Failure analysis for non-conforming products (customer returns). Also including FA done on external lab coordination
? Gives FA Technical support (lead in own part) for root cause analysis
? Technical support for CQE in customer communication
? Coordinate/facilitate process specific PFMEA and technology specific DFMEA updates
? Coordinate Reliability testing for the production samples
? Also possibly Works as quality engineer in PC projects
? Support for Develop and optimize customer quality information database, report template, processes and related cases
? Develop and maintain FA capabilities including external laboratory availability
? Complete other related works which is required/expected by product quality manager
Essential
? Experience with the debugging (failure analysis) and root cause analysis of electronic hardware and control electronic hardware
Requirements:
? 8 or more years in Broad technical knowledge and skills, with deep understanding in at least one of the following area: Software/Firmware Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering in international company
? Digital and analog circuit design debugging experience
? Some experience is a plus with:
o PCB and Schematics design with EDA Tools: Pads
o Digital and analog circuit design
o EMC design of PCB board level and system level
o VHDL or Verilog code development and FPGA/CPLD firmware design based on Altera Quartus II and Modelsim
? Familiar with
o Oscilloscope & Logic Analyzer for debugging and tracking problems
o Timing design and simulation tools.
o Ethernet and USB protocols.
