职位描述
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 (include EHS responsibilities)
？ Assists in developing new products/systems using materials/intermediates available in order to meet customers’ requirements
？ Prepare wet and coated samples I order to be presented to customers for assessment
？ Maintain a well-organised laboratory (housekeeping) in order to provide a highly productive working environment and keeping high SHE standards
？ Conduct application testings within the laboratory in order to assess the stability of the products/systems to meet customers’ requirements
？ Provide technical and application support at Stahl’s premises in order to assist and equip customers with product knowledge
？ Recommendation of various coating systems, availability of products, follow-up and after sales service for customers
？ Build and maintain relationship with customers/agents in order to enhance communication and goodwill
？ Support application team and sales team in developing / testing various (old and new) coating system
？ Make and test sample in Shanghai lab for both internal (R&T) and external customer.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件
？ University degree holder in Chemical, material science or chemical engineering
？ 7 years working experience in coating industry
？ Exposure to coating industry (synthetic or auto or textile or technical prefered)
？ Assists in developing new products/systems using materials/intermediates available in order to meet customers’ requirements
