职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、熟悉锂离子电池的工作原理，具有独立分析能力；
2、了解基本的电化学测试方法，要有工程理念；
3、精通电池各种测试方法和标准；
4、精通电池制作的工艺过程，能够处理各种异常问题；
5、具备基本的工程知识和数据分析能力；
6、熟悉TS16949中的产品开发过程质量管理概念和具备相关技能/工具；
7、具备良好的英语书面写作和口语交流能力
8、两年以上同行业工作经验
任职要求：
1、分析客户需求，并对需求进行分解
2、负责电芯的设计开发工作
3、跟进电芯的现场生产，处理生产中的问题
4、处理与上、下游合作部门的沟通、协调 举报 分享
