职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 主导指定合规管理制度，在公司内推广实施；
2. 负责与国家食品药品监督管理局（CFDA）对接相关工作，接待常规检查，确保公司与监管部门沟通顺畅，表达准确，反应及时；
3. 不断收集和学习相关政策、法规，实时向公司内部传达，保障公司运营符合行业规定和法律要求；
4. 组织业务人员进行专题培训，落实培训效果，定期到各地检查，对问题事项提出整改意见，指导和督促工作人员实施整改；
5. 负责法律文件的模板制作，对合同、制度等具有法律效力的文件进行审核和修改；
6. 负责处理公司设立、变更、注销等法律事务；
7. 接受公司内部的合规与法务咨询，解决相关问题，并进行风险提示，牵头与公司外聘律师沟通协调处理法律事宜；
8. 收集、整理和保管公司法务文件。
任职资格：
1. 全日制统招本科及以上学历，法学相关专业优先；
2. 具备3年以上相关工作经验，医疗行业者优先；
3. 熟悉公司法务管理体系，具有良好的法律风险防控意识；
4. 较强的逻辑能力和表达能力；
5. 工作细致认真，有良好的执行力及职业素养；
6. 能适应短期出差。
任职资格：
1. 全日制统招本科及以上学历，法学相关专业优先；
2. 具备3年以上相关工作经验，医疗行业者优先；
