The incumbent in the position is responsible for leading and managing all sections of the Front Office Department in order to ensure the highest standards of service in accordance with the operating procedures and Kempinski Standards. He/she is also responsible for up selling rooms to maximize the room revenue. The hotel has 526 guestrooms.

This position is open to local candidate only.

· at least 3 years experience in a front office management position, preferably in a five star international hotel;

· Customer and product focused;

· Possess great skills in communication and upselling, revenue driven;

· Be proactive, innovative yet flexible and analytical thinking;

· An excellent team player as well as leader with good interpersonal skills;

· Proficiency in Opera and MS software;

· College degree in Hospitality or related principle;

· Fluency in English and Chinese, written and spoken, knowledge of a 3rd language a definite advantage
