职位描述：
以有效友好的方式接听或转接客人电话;
为客人提供叫醒服务；
准确记下客人留言并及时传递；
处理客人“请勿打扰”要求及客人信息保密；
友好方式回答客人的问题及要求，必要时交于相关人员处理；
对每个国内及国外长途进行详细记录，与前台协调所有客人电话确保与客人账单一致；
定期更新饭店电话单；

职位要求：
高中或同等学历以上，酒店管理专业优先；
1年以上星级酒店工作经验；
具有良好的客户服务意识，团队合作精神；
良好的沟通技巧和电话礼仪；
可根据工作需要，灵活安排不同的工作班次；
精通英语，普通话，熟练电脑操作；
熟悉酒店基本知识；

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answers all incoming calls, connects them to the appropriate extension in an efficient, friendly and caring manner.
Provide the wake-up call service to the guest. .
Writes down messages accurately for our guests and delivers messages in a timely manner
Handles guests' requests for DND (Do Not Disturb) and Confidential status
Answers all guest questions / requests in a friendly and caring manner, takes appropriate actions or if needed, refers the matters to the relevant persons to handle.
Keeps a complete record of each DDD (Domestic Direct Dial) and IDD (International Direct Dial). Coordinates with front office reception all telephones charges to ensure they are billed and collected from guests.
Timely update the telephone directory

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of Senior Middle school and preferably college degree in hotel management or hotel business related field.
At least 1 year experience in a quality hotel background
Service oriented, team player
Good communications skills and telephone manner
Flexibility in terms of scheduling
Well versed in Putonghua and English, proficient in computer
Must listen attentively and speak clearly
Basic knowledge of Hotel Operations.
