Property Sales Manager – 物业部销售经理
职位描述：
· 协调并组织商务销售活动；
· 建立商务客户网，并定期会见客户以建立稳定关系提高销售额；
· 根据饭店账户管理程序，进行为期每年/每月/每周/每日的定期销售电话计划及管理；
· 处理所有的潜在客户和销售对象的相关事宜，包括客户会议，场地察看，接待商谈和合同准备等，以及参与饭店所有推广活动，并且跟踪客户直到确保生意的获得；
· 每日每周提供销售业绩报告，包括销售对象，暂订和已确认的预订，没有成功的项目以及需要采取的相对应的措施；
· 实现整套的管理职责，例如参加会议，处理指定账户所需相关文件，撰写销售活动月报告，其他本职位要求的职能；


职位要求：
· 酒店管理专业, 大专以上；
· 3年以上五星级国际酒店/公寓写字楼销售经理工作经验；
· 具有良好的客户服务导向意识；
· 具备良好的沟通以及人际交往技巧；
· 精通英语;
· 精通日语;
· 精通计算机, 会操作Opera系统；
· 具备基本的财务知识和良好的分析能力；


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Coordinate and instigate corporate sales activities;
· To establish a network of contacts with corporate clients and meet these clients on regular basis to build relationship and drive sales.
· Plans and manages sales calls according to Account Management procedures adhering with Kempinski standards on an annual, monthly, weekly and daily basis;
· Handles all enquiries and leads from potential clients which involves meeting, site inspection, entertainment, negotiation and contract writing, attending promotional functions organized by the hotel and follows up until business is secured;
· Produces daily & weekly productivity reports stating leads, tentative and confirmed bookings and lost business, and corrective actions taken;
· Accomplishes a set of administrative duties such as attending meeting, handling correspondence related to designated accounts, writing monthly sales activities report, and other duties related to the job function;


JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Hospitality Management College Degree
· Minimum of 3 years experience as Sales Manager in the five star international hotel
· Customer service orientation
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficient in Spoken and Written English
· Proficient in Japanese
· Proficient computer skills, Knowledge of Opera
· Basic financial knowledge and good capacity of analyzing
