职位描述：
1、负责水电检测、维修，办公室装修、维修；
2、负责办公室安全管理，晚间保安巡夜，及时发现消除安全隐患；
3、负责楼内消防器材、设备的年度检测维护；
4、负责车辆保养、年检、驾驶员管理等工作；
5、负责维修材料的采购，配合财务做好空调、家具等设备的固定资产盘存；
6、完成主管交办的其它工作。

任职要求：
1. 大专以上学历;（有相关工作经验可放宽学历要求）；
2. 有物业设施管理维护工作经验;

薪资：基本工资3400元/月+年终奖；
