Profile:
- Understand business needs and interests
- Understand and Analyze Clients' requirements
- Identify right matching profiles using latest tools (e.g. job portals, social networks, network of contacts, etc.)
- Maintain and update Online portals
- Interaction with Sales-Planning in understanding present and future requirements
- Build a pipeline of candidates available in the market
- Complete contracting/legal formalities for employing new employees
- Extensive internet research
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Strong hands-on knowledge of China Labour Law
- 5+ year experience as a recruiter
- Experience in recruiting Chinese and Foreign Staff
- Experience in handling delegation contracts for overseas staff
- Strong communication skills in English/Chinese, both verbal and written
- Coordination and cooperation with overseas Headquarters
- Must be able to work independently under pressure, with positive attitude
- Exceptional networking skills with a creative frame of mind to tap passive candidates
- Must be well organized and detail oriented
- Excellent following up skills
