岗位职责
1. 试玩Gameloft未上市新品游戏，描述玩游戏的体验与心得，以供游戏设计者进一步改进游戏体验
2. 同开发组紧密合作，帮助发现游戏中的bug和问题
3. 试玩市面上各种不同类型的游戏，找出游戏的亮点和不足之处，撰写游戏评测
4. 深入分析游戏的某个功能模块、核心玩法、社交系统或经济系统，能够抽象出数学模型或商业模式，并提交游戏拆解报告
5. 从宏观上对某一类型游戏的玩法、模式、社交、付费点、做交叉对比分析，并提交分析报告
岗位需求
1. 有一年以上产品体验或者玩法拆解的工作经验，在渠道/平台从事过相关工作者优先
2. 独立设计过完整战斗系统、完整成长体系，能够从细节设定到玩法框架整体把握功能，并得到验证者优先。
3. 游戏经验丰富，熟悉各类游戏的特点与设计思路，并且见解独到，至少深入玩过大部分主流的手机游戏，在单个手游中消费超过10000人民币者优先；
4. 掌握Excel，powerpoint等基本工作软件，具备良好的撰写报告的能力，同时具有较好的英语读写能力者优先；
5. 对数据敏感，有敏锐的洞察力和快速学习的能力，有较强的数据分析能力，优秀的沟通与协调能力。
