Position：Senior Technical Sales Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

?Regularly travel to meet with customer on technical issues;
?Investigate, negotiate and settle field complaints;
?Gather technical field information and communicate with mill;
?Work with the manufacturing, quality, and technical departments to engage in process changes to make improvements;
?Assist the sales force in understanding the technical aspects of our board;
?Be responsible for developing the technical element of the product value proposition;
?Be responsible to communicate all technical aspects of the board with customers;
?Make fact based presentations for customers addressing complaints and technical issues and for internal company communication of field technical information;
?Engage in value enhancing improvement projects at the customer's facility.

Requirements

?Degree holder in Engineering with more than 5 years working experience in paper & printing industry;
?Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Mini-Tabs;
?Familiar with papermaking / converting processes OR printing process;
?Good presentation skills;
?Proficiency in communication across a broad spectrum of personnel;
?Good command of written & spoken English / Chinese & fluent in Putonghua;
?Extensive travel is needed, approximately 50%.
