Company
Our client is an integrated independent communication group. It is based in Shanghai, Lille, Hong Kong and New-York.
They manage, by themselves, every aspect of a communication campaign to offer agility, cost efficiency and transparency to their clients. Thanks to this integration, they provide meaningful strategies, high end creations and quality production services for Digital, Video, Photo and Media.
They work for brands like L’Oréal, Hermès, Caudalie, Alcatel, Decathlon, etc.

Responsibilities
Directly attached to Office manager, your mission is to manage all the tasks relative to administration, human resources of the office towards achieving Company objective. To make certain all conditions are combined to create a pleasant and professional working atmosphere. All your actions have to be compliant to our company client policy and linked with CFO.

? To implement the Administrative policy according to legal requirement for china and company philosophy.
? To manage the human ressources to meet company needs and legal requirement through our company policy and human project
? To be responsible of daily office expense and monthly report/budget
? To negotiate the contract (as fourniture/post/hotel…) and maintenance
? To manage the daily life of the office (office cash flow / transport / stationary / hotel / visa...)
? To coordinate with local vendors to ensure daily functioning of the office including computers, printers, scanners, telephone and video conference systems;
? Maintains contracts and equipment leases.
? To manage the recruitment, compensation and benefits of employees. Handle payroll for staff (IIT calculation)
? To check all export document from our Suppliers / Client open STO SF TNT parcels/separate to each person of the team.
? To follow the formalities for Residence Permit and Employment Permit for foreign colleagues/invitation letter/hotel booking/flight and train booking.

● Educated to degree level
● A person in accordance with company philosophy
● Responsibility / exchange / performance / passion
● A successful experience in rep office creation
● Ready to the challenge
● A perfect written and spoken English or French
● Good skills at MS office
● Good priority and time management
● 2-3 years working experience
