岗位职责：
1、参与、实施公司线上线下视觉形象的日常维护与管理；
2、监督、确保公司自身品牌和产品对外的广告创意、广告投放、公关传播、造型摄影等视觉传播形象符合公司标准；
3、负责公司项目的视觉创意提案与设计执行；
4、负责培训与指导平面设计师的相关工作；
5、负责公司所涉及项目的室外标识设计，含产品标识的相关设计等；
6、负责指导公司线上传播（网站、微信、微博）的相关设计；
7、协助市场/项目经理完成交办的其它设计工作。
任职资格：
1、美术、设计相关专业，本科以上学历；
2、5年以上品牌、咨询或广告设计领域工作经验，2年以上美术指导工作经验；
3、熟练掌握Adobe Photoshop、Illustrator、Indesign、Flash等专业设计软件；
4、熟悉完稿印刷程序及VI设计的全部流程；
5、具有独立向客户提案的能力；
6、丰富的设计经验与优秀的设计表达能力，能驾驭不同风格；
7、英文口语流利；
8、较强的工作责任感，敏锐的市场洞察力，对视觉项目具有较高的控制力、执行力与判断力；
9、优秀的指导能力，带领团队执行高标准视觉产出；
10、简历请附带作品，并注明曾服务过的客户
Art Instructor
Duties:
1. Participate and practice daily maintenance and management of company online and offline visual impressions.
2. Supervise and ensure company's brand and external visual impressions such as advertising originality, advertisement putting, PR dissemination, formative photography, etc. are up to company standards.
3. In charge of project's visual originality proposal and design execution.
4. In charge of training and instructing graphic designer related work.
5. In charge of company involving outdoor logo design, including product logo related designs, etc.
6. In charge of instructing company online dissemination (website, wechat, weibo) related design.
7. Assisting marketing/project manager to accomplish other assigned design work.
Job Requirements:
1. Art or design related professions, bachelor degree or above.
2. Over 5-year branding, consulting, or advertising design field working experience, over 2-year art instructor working experience.
3. Skilled with professional design soft wares such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Flash.
4. Familiar with all FA printing and VI design procedures.
5. Independent ability of proposing to clients.
6. Abundant design experience and outstanding design expression ability, able to rule diffident styles.
7. Fuent oral English.
8.Strong sense of responsibility, penetrating marketing insight, and great control force, executive force and judgement to visual projects.
9.Outstanding instructing ability, able to lead the team to execute high quality visual products.
