Responsibilities
? Development of marketing communication and PR concept and plan (together with the team)
? Creation of marketing communication content for different media channels
? Building and maintaining relationships with different media
? Create PR material such as press releases, product and application articles, and briefings for interviews, speeches, etc.
? Create local sales media such as flyers, catalogues, videos etc.
? Create corporate visual content such as company photography, internal standards, graphics, etc.
? Manage and maintain the local content on the corporate Lenze website and fulfill all website related tasks such an SEO, visitor analysis, etc.
? Support social media content creation, maintenance and publication and further develop the social media strategy
? Translate company documents such as presentations, flyers, brochures, catalogues, technical documentation, correspondence, newsletters, etc. (EN <>CN)
? Administrate the corporate SharePoint pages and ensure quality of content
? Assist in other marketing related tasks when needed

Profile
? Min. 5 years working experience in PR, copywriting or media related position
? University or college degree in Marketing, Journalism, English or drive and automation related subject with excellent language and wording ability
? Excellent knowledge of Chinese language and wording ability
? Excellent command of spoken and written English (CET 6 and above)
? Experience in creating communication concepts and working with trade media
? Experience in the design of marketing material (flyers, posters, etc.) using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, etc.
? Experience with Social Media marketing (WeChat, Weibo, ...)
? Basic technical understanding or ability/willingness to learn quickly about products and solutions
? Experience in drive and automation industry is a benefit but not a must
? Skilled user of Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
? Ability to think in concepts and strategic directions
? Ability to organize self and work in a structured, target-oriented and efficient way
? Ability to present own work in a structured, efficient and professional manner in front of others
? Open-minded, innovative and independent working style
? Smart communication skills and ability to work well in a team
