Job Description:
1. The IT Mergers, Acquisitions & Construction Project Manager plans/manages the IT portion of construction projects in support of Intel growth.
2. The IT Mergers, Acquisitions & Construction PM provides leadership for the project team and is the key interface to the project or program, working on problems and tasks in delivery of IT-specific construction activities.
3. Identifies tasks, determines dependencies, identifies and assigns specific resources, communicates expectations to team members, obtains task effort and duration estimates from team members, and creates and tracks the project schedule.
4. Assesses risk and identifies issues and Monitors progress against schedule.
5. Coordinates resources with other functions and drives key partnerships with Corporate Services, Data Center Managers, IT service delivery teams and Conferencing Services.
6. Reviews requirements for completeness and clarity.
7. Plans and schedules work to meet deadlines established by others to ensure the completion of several related tasks.
8. Initiate and drive cross functional global programs.
9. Manage complex global programs, interface with other Corporate Services organizations for synergy and continuous improvement.
10. Mentor and train others. Uses judgment in data analysis to develop and design solutions for moderately complex processes.

Requirements:
1.Candidate must possess a Masters degree with four years of experience in project analysis and/or project management or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business with six years of experience in project analysis and/or project management.
2. Candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3..The candidate should also have excellent leadership skills, show proven initiative, be self-sufficient, able to work well with various levels of management, be an effective team player at all levels of the organization and be skilled in working across multi-cultural and regional boundaries.
4. Must have strong analytical, and project management skills including resource tracking and allocation, budget management, schedule development, complex problem solving, cross-discipline coordination and documentation.
5. The candidate should have comprehensive knowledge of cable-plant, network/telecom, server standards & IT processes.
6. Candidate must have the ability to understand and streamline complex technical and business processes and must be familiar with project management practices specific to construction.
7. The ability to demonstrate diligence with project control documentation is required.
8. Minimum technical skills include proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint services, and competency with MS Project.
9. Experience with Corporate Services construction is a plus.
10.Successful completion of the Project Management Professional PMP certification and/or an advanced degree in operations or project management is required. 举报 分享
