1、大专以上学历。从事国际物流海外业务开发或对外贸易业务开发1年以上。 　　

2、熟练运用英语或其他外语，有良好的听说读写能力。主要负责开发有海运空运需求的国外代理或国外直客。　　

3、熟悉货运行业基本操作流程。较强的商业意识及谈判技巧，开拓能力强。 　　

4、有外贸业务员，外贸跟单，海外销售代表，海外业务代表，经验优先。 　　

5、有海外客户和代理资源优先。 　　

6、有一定管理能力。  

岗位职责

1、定期完成国内外新客户开发任务

2，维护现有客户，定期完成销售任务；

3、发掘客户需求介绍自己产品的优点和特色；

4、在下班后或节假日能及时反馈物流信息给客户。

5、确保每月应收账款及时回款。
