Job description：
工作职责


1.分析并解决生产过程中存在的工业自动化相关问题
   Analyze & solve the automation problems in industry production process

2.提供生产过程中的工业自动化技术支持，并提出解决方案
   provide technical support for industrial automation in production process, and propose solutions

3.负责日常维护问题的总结，项目技术方案编写，并共享给团队成员
   Summary the daily maintenance tasks ,Compile the technical plan for the project. and share to the team members

4.较强的应变能力，良好的书面表达，口头表达和沟通能力。
  Strong adaptability, good written and oral communication skills.

5.处理日常生产线发生的维护问题，及编译工程项目中的电气工艺文件（过程仪表，低压电器选型方案，并按照相应的规范进行设计）
   Deal with daily problems from production process ,compile the tender document for the project in electrical part ( Including: Instruments , low voltage apparatus ,Standard design )

6.具有动手及指导能力安装维护现场电气自动化系统；
  Good working ability on workshop ,and guide electrical & automation installation

7.对现有的仪器仪表根据PM单组织进行维护、保养；定期校验并出具分析报告。（包括；称重仪表，液体流量计，差压变送器，气体流量计，热电阻，热电偶，光学高温计等）
  Define the instrument calibration plan ,inspection, service, period certification ,share summary reporting to related persons ( Including: Weighting, liquid ,pressure ,flow ,Thermo , pyrometer)

8.参与产品质量分析调查，实施整改仪器仪表对产品质量影响防范措施；
   Enjoy analysis meeting with quality & production departments , continuous improvement for the product quality

9.定期制作SOP作业指导书，并培训员工相关知识！
  Edit & Update SOP documents ,and share experience & Know how to related staff

10.支持电气主管的相关工作，实施持续性改进，PM的日常跟新，执行
  Support electrical team leader for the daily work ,PM update ,execution

11.及时处理生产线上的突发性设备故障，保持生产线稳定运行
  Troubleshooting the problems for the production process ,ensure the production equipment stable running

12有效评估发现生产线自动化系统的运行，技术，安全性，及设备隐患
  Period evaluation risks for the automation ,technical ,safety hidden for the production workshop

13.根据生产线及质量，相关部门的需求导向，提供技术支持
  Technical support other departments based on demands

14.面对复杂的问题时，提出专业内的优化解决方案建议
  Provide professional suggestions when faced complex questions

15电气自动化系统的危险源辨识，并制定安全操作规程
  Safety identify for the automation system ,and edit safety instruction


Qualifications/Requirements：
职位要求


1.工业自动化，仪表自动化，电气自动化等相关专业，全日制本科及以上学历。
Professional Knowledge of industry automation ,instrument ,electrical automation ,Full time undergraduate course education

2.较强的电气和自控理论知识及现场动手能力。
Strong electrical & automation speculative knowledge & onsite working ability

3.熟悉工业自控系统相关技术及主流产品，能够独立完成电气自动化系统的设计，施工图的绘制，设备安装的现场施工指导以及系统调试。
be familiar with instrument & automation product , independent to finish automation design, drawing ,installation ,commissioning phase

4.精通系统集成，精通Intouch/Wincc等两种以上主流组态软件。
be familiar with integration system ,Had good command of Intouch / wincc configuration software

5.精通各种仪器仪表及电气元件（传感器，变频器，电磁阀，伺服电机等）的选型，集成设计，并有丰富的现场调试经验。
Be familiar with difference instruments & electrical components ( Sensors, converter ,Valve , Sever motor …) Good ability of commissioning experience

6.精通西门子，日系等PLC的应用。
Be familiar application with SIMENS , Japanese PLC

7.熟练使用STEP 7 编程软件，AUTOCAD绘图软件，MS – Office办公软件
Good use for STEP 7 software ,AUTOCAD ,MS – Office software

8.能够独立完成弱强电气系统和自动化控制系统的设计任务。
Design ability of electrical & automation system

9.有大型电气项目的设计或者施工3年以上相关工作经验。
More than 3 years experience for the electrical & automation project ,

10.英语六级，读懂电气自动化相关的英语资料，编写自动化方面的工艺描述，具有英语口语现场沟通能力
Good English ability, Understanding English document of electrical &　automation ,English edit of automation process based on production process ,good spoken English

11.富有团队合作精神。
Good team spirit ability.

12.具有精益生产，5S,SMED的实践经验
Optional experience with 5S SMED ,LEAN production 举报 分享
