RESPONSIBILITIES
？ Strong communication skills.
？ Insures proper documentation, including invoice, packing list is accurately processed, distributed and released to forwarders, agents in a timely manner.
？ Monitoring and confirmation of key milestones (departure, arrival, customs clearance, dispatch, etc.) as specified by operating Procedures.
？ Checking the related logistic cost for every shipment.
？ Works closely with overseas logistic team and China boutiques to ensure service satisfaction.
？ Works closely with forwarder and agent.
？ Ensures any company policy, systems, is delivered to all boutiques as needed.
？ Responsible for resolving all internal and external logistic issues in a cost effective and expeditious manner.
？ Be familiar with CIQ and clearance procedure.
？ Involves in the stock management of central warehouse.
？ Completes the arrival report with accurate cost by monthly.
？ Collects the cost data and finish the monthly KPI report.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
？ Familiar with clearance/ quality inspection procedure.
？ At least 6-7 years experience in import/ export in the retails.
？ Having knowledge of warehouse management is a plus.
？ Quick learning and quick response
？ Could work under pressure is a must.
？ Good communication skills
？ Good English (Reading, Writing, Speaking)
？ Team player, high efficiency.
