职位描述：
Responsibilities:
？ National responsibility to achieve financial plan for country under responsibility in MP Biomedicals Life Sciences business area.
？ Recruit and manage local distributors and compliance to contractual obligations
？ Establish strong relationships with industry “thought leaders”, industry bodies and customers
？ Develop annual business plan and manage / lead against this.
？ Ensure compliance to corporate with Asia Pacific RA and QA systems and standards
？ Establish and monitor standards for customer service within country
？ Manage local inventories and customer reagent consumption
？ A positive contributor to MP Biomedicals business operation in China and Asia Pacific Management and the formation of regional strategy
？ Initiative and self motivation displayed to improve systems, processes within the country
？ Strength of relationships with key thought leaders and key industry leaders
Job Requirements:
？ Master degree in Life Sciences, plus business degree (MBA is preferred)
？ 8+ years experience in the Cell & Molecular Biology, biochemistry and biochemical’s products in Life Sciences industry working in a sales and management role
？ Excellent communication and presentation skills
？ Capable of reaching aggressive goals with limited guidance.
？ Internal and external customer focus.
