职位描述：
（一）岗位职责：（独立设计室内机电方案）
1、配合项目投标前期工作，负责工程项目的前期勘察，提供报价图纸及空调、电气主要设备的规格，对机电预算员交底，参与项目投标与讲标；
2、负责机电图纸的设计与深化，指导机电工程施工，提供机电技术支持，确保机电设计符合客户需求；
3、负责提供大厦物业及消防局报批图纸，与项目经理与工长进行交底；
4、根据客户变更需求及时更新图纸，根据现场问题及时给与解决方案；
5、参加隐蔽工程验收和其他阶段性验收，针对现场机电问题提出整改意见。

（二）任职资格
1、电气、暖通空调等相关专业，熟悉电气、空调、消防、给排水专业知识，了解相关规范；
2、具备三年及以上空调、电气设计绘图经验，能独立出方案；有大型办公室、厂房机电设计经验者、外资精装项目经验者优先；
3、熟练使用autoCAD等相关绘图软件，英语CET-4以上水平，英语读写能力良好；
4、具备较强的计划和执行能力、较强的沟通能力，较强的职业道德和工作积极性、主动性。

本岗位在广州、深圳同时招聘，但都需要兼顾两地的项目，需要经常省内短期出差。
条件稍逊者可应聘 机电设计助理 岗位。

The company is a Mainland-Hong Kong joint venture with Class I National Construction Decoration License issued by China Construction Ministry, and M & E professional contracting and construction license, as well as Grade B Construction Decoration Design License issued by Beijing Urban Planning Committee.

Our major clients are global Top 500 and foreign companies of Europe and America that are involved in the industries such as electronics, IT, auto, banking, securities, funds, insurance, education, Press, medicine, daily necessities, lawyers, shipping, advertising, beverage, food, media, apparel etc.

Infinity specialize in interior design and construction of office buildings, factories, laboratories, technical centers, etc.
