岗位职责:
Work under accounting manager to support DTC business expansion and ensure financial treatments are produced in line with PRC GAAP & inter control and completed on time.
·Proper credit check and proper bank guarantee follow up.
·Setup the AR recon process for new consignment stores, including customer code application /recon method confirmation / Vat Fapiao delivery, etc.
·AR recon with landlord, follow and resolve the difference once have.
·AR tracking, ensure the AR collection timely, Follow and resolve any special issues that impact the AR collection.
·AR analysis report, such as AR aging report, DSO report.
·Ensure manual refund to consumer for sales return on time.
·Proper accounting treatment in line with US GAAP and PRC, Ensure monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing are accurate and meeting due dates. Such as rev accrual for miss loading amount\ manual adjustment for loading difference. etc
·Review daily work completed by DTC Genpact team, such as recon data/ bank re class/ tender re class/ expense accrual and closing tasks.
·Support DTC Genpact team on daily work and SOP completion.
·Support DTC daily operation and business expansion on new business requirement or special cases.
·Support internal audit or external audit.
·Support tax check

任职要求:
1、MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
·4-year Degree (e.g. Bachelor’s), subject area: Subject area: Accounting / Finance
2、MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE
·5-10 years of Finance experience in corporate accounting
·Possess previous MNC experience
·Possess retail operational knowledge with AR recon and tracking
·Possess SAP experience.
3、MINIMUM SKILLS
Technical:
-MS office: Excel / Word etc.
--Certificate of Accounting Profession
4、Communication/Language:
-Fluency in English and Mandarin (oral and written)
5、Management/Leadership (if applicable):
Other: Responsible, hardworking, and have good commitment; Self-motivated; Detail-oriented;
